It measures AC/DC voltage up to 690V, continuity up to 200Ω, and features a 2000-count LCD display with polarity detection, low impedance testing, rotary field indication, and a built-in flashlight. IEC 61010-1 CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V certified, making it suitable for high-voltage electrical work and panel testing.
